About our jewelry:
All of the jewelry you see on this website has been created by Connie
Mayer, using the finest quality gemstones, pearls, precious metals,
Austrian crystal, Swarovski crystal, stringing materials and clasps
available.
However, since this jewelry is created by hand, using natural materials,
no two pieces will ever be identical. Custom pieces are available, so
please feel free to specify your color choices, type of clasp, etc.,
when ordering and we will let you know what we can create just for you!
We’ve tried to indicate in the item description the approximate
length of each bracelet and necklace in the collection. Generally, the
necklaces are either 16-17" long (choker length), 18-20" long,
or 22" or longer. Bracelets are generally 7 – 8" long.
If you prefer a different length than the one stated in the item description,
please feel free to contact us with your specific preferences —
we will do whatever we can to make your jewelry to your exact specifications!
Due to product available and the nature of many of the handcrafted beads
we use, we reserve the right to substitute materials when necessary.
But, rest assured, if we need to many any significant change we will
be sure to let you know, prior to shipping.
Please note that monitor settings vary, so actual stones may vary in
shade from those shown on your monitor.
Placing your order / Shipping Options:
After you place your order via our website we will send you a confirmation
email to reconfirm your order. We will let you know at that time when
your order is expected to be shipped. Most orders will leave Connie’s
Creations within 3 business days of receive, as long as the item you’re
ordering is available (some items are made to order). Of course, let
us know if you need your order sooner — we’ll do everything
possible to accommodate you!

If we need to make any substitutions of materials, we’ll let you
know that, via email, as soon as possible.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.
— We offer complimentary shipping using Priority mail from the
U.S. Postal Service. That means your jewelry will arrive approximately
3 business days after your order is processed and sent from our site
in Michigan. If you need your order faster, please be sure to write
"EXPEDITE" in the shipping instructions on the order form,
and we will send your item(s) out via FedEx within 1 business day of
receiving your order. Please note there is a $15 shipping upgrade fee
for FedEx overnight shipping — this fee will be manually added
to your invoice and billed to the credit card you provide.
SHIPPING TO AN ALTERNATE ADDRESS — Connie’s
Creations will be happy to send your order to your place of work, your
home, or to the address you indicate in the "Shipping" area
of the order form. If your purchase is a gift, please let us know by
indicating it on the order form — we’ll be sure to gift
wrap it, and add any greeting you would like.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. We pride ourselves
on the quality and integrity of the materials we use, and we go to great
lengths to obtain the best quality jewelry elements from around the
world.
If for ANY reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Connie’s
Creations we will refund your purchase price, as long as you notify
us via email or phone (800)287-9206 not later than 30 days from the
date on your shipping receipt. When you contact us, please be sure to
have your receipt handy. If you prefer to email us, please let us know
that you’re sending something back and include the order number

Broken or damaged items:
If you receive jewelry from Connie’s Creations that arrived damaged,
please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can do all possible to assist you.

Returns:
When sending items back, PLEASE be sure to:
- Return the item(s) in the packaging provided and be sure that the
item(s) is/are SECURELY PACKAGED to avoid breakage.
- Let us know if you would like to exchange the item for another
one.
- If you are requesting a refund and you paid with a credit card,
please expect to see a credit posted within 2 billing cycles from
the date we receive your return. We’ll process it ASAP, but
the credit card companies don’t always work as fast!
